The Stamford Bulldogs will travel to Vernon to take on the Canadian Wildcats on Friday, November 20 in what promises to be a clash of two storied programs. Over the years Stamford has amassed over 630 wins while Canadian has been to the winners circle over 540 times. Both of these programs know how to win.
This year the Bulldogs enter the contest with a 10-1 record and the Wildcats try to protect their 11-0 mark. Both teams cruised through the Bi-District Round with the Dogs picking up a 55-6 win and the Wildcats won 70-15.
Offensively both teams are explosive. Stamford has gained in excess of 4,700 total yards and Canadian topped 5,000 yards. The Wildcats and Bulldogs have put the ball in the air 260+ times each. Canadian has rushed the ball in excess of 300 times compared to Stamford’s 280 times.
